1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AgentSource ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AgentSource is a marketplace for MCP-compatible skills that AI agents can discover, connect to, and call through our proxy gateway. We provide skill hosting, metering, trust scoring, and billing infrastructure.

3. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your API keys and credentials
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • One person or organization may not maintain more than one free account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Submit skills that contain malware, backdoors, or malicious code
  • Attempt to bypass rate limits, quotas, or authentication mechanisms
  • Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Service without permission
  • Use the Service to send spam, phishing, or unsolicited communications
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Reverse engineer the screening pipeline or trust scoring algorithms

5. Skill Creators

If you publish skills on AgentSource:

  • You retain ownership of your skill code and intellectual property
  • You grant AgentSource a license to host, proxy, and distribute your skill
  • Your skill must pass our screening pipeline before being listed
  • You are responsible for the functionality and safety of your skill
  • We may remove skills that violate these terms or our screening standards

6. Billing & Payments

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time — access continues until the end of the billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

7. Rate Limits & Quotas

Each plan includes a monthly call quota and per-minute rate limit. Exceeding these limits will result in HTTP 429 responses. Persistent abuse may result in account suspension.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that skills listed on the marketplace will be available, accurate, or suitable for your use case. Trust scores are indicative metrics, not guarantees of quality.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgentSource shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to data loss, revenue loss, or service interruptions.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your dashboard settings.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
