1. Information We Collect

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password (stored as a bcrypt hash). When you use our API, we log request metadata including timestamps, API key identifiers (not the keys themselves), skill slugs called, response status codes, and latency measurements.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the AgentSource platform
• To authenticate your requests and manage your API keys
• To meter usage for billing and rate limiting
• To calculate trust scores and skill health metrics
• To detect abuse and enforce our terms of service
• To send transactional emails (account verification, billing receipts)

3. Data We Do Not Collect

We do not inspect, store, or log the content of MCP tool call arguments or responses that pass through our proxy. The proxy forwards requests to upstream skill servers and returns responses without persisting payload data. We only log metadata (timing, status, byte size) for metering purposes.

4. Data Storage & Security

All data is stored on self-hosted infrastructure. We use encrypted connections (TLS) for all API traffic, bcrypt hashing for passwords, and SHA-256 hashing for API key storage. Database backups are encrypted at rest.

5. Third-Party Services

We use Stripe for payment processing. When you subscribe to a paid plan, your payment information is handled directly by Stripe and is never stored on our servers. Please refer to Stripe's Privacy Policy for details on how they handle your payment data.

6. Data Retention

Account data is retained as long as your account is active. Usage logs are retained for 90 days for billing reconciliation, then aggregated into summary statistics. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
